\nIn this email, you will need to provide us with your contact details<\/strong> (surname, first name, postal address, telephone),
\nthe pseudo<\/strong> under which you wish to compete, as well as your Instagram\/Facebook or any other social media link.<\/span><\/p>\nThe psuedo will only be revealed for the winner of the contest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nThe Festiv\u2019at home team will select 10 finalists whose photos will be exhibited in a dedicated gallery during the Festival. The public and a jury will then vote during the event for the big winner *!\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\nRULES<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\nTo be validated, your proposal must comply with the following rules:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\n- Theme respect:<\/b><\/span> Your drawing must be inspired by the set theme, \u201crack your brains!\u201d.
\nIf our team is in any doubt about this, they are likely to ask you to explain what you meant to show.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n
\n- Template :<\/b><\/span> The use of the template provided is mandatory for fairness. You must not add anything around or outside the outline; however, the interior is entirely free.
\n<\/span>PLEASE NOTE: NO COPYING OR COUNTERFEITING of existing designs that do not belong to you will be tolerated.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n
\n- Material - technical <\/b><\/span>As long as you comply with the limits of the imposed model, you can use the styles, techniques, colours, etc. of your choice.
\nPlease note, however, that your proposal must be sent by email, in digital format. If you choose a plastic technique, you are required to send your proposal in accordance with the technical rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n
\n- Technical Rules: <\/b><\/span>In order to be broadcast on the Discord channel for public voting, your proposal must be sent in digital form (photo, scan, file, etc.), according to the following rules:<\/span>
\n<\/span>Size: 1000 pixels high
\nFormat : JPG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n- Anonymity of participation: <\/b><\/span>to preserve fairness during voting, your final photos must not contain any significant signatures or marks. On the day of the event no names will be revealed in the voting section.<\/span>

\n- Sharing: <\/b><\/span>Participants must not share their idea\/preparation with their community, before and until the end of the event. This restriction is valid during the voting period or the participant will be disqualified immediately.

\n- Preselection:<\/b><\/span> in the event of more than 10 entries received, the Festiv\u2019at Home team will be obliged to make a preselection among the entries received so that the public vote during the festival is done in good conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n- Voting system:<\/b><\/span> The public will be invited to vote for their favourite entry at the fair, once the selected images have been displayed. We will announce the winner of the competition at the end of the day, live on Discord.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n- Authorization to represent the work:<\/b><\/span> Participants in the competition authorize the Festiv'at Home association to present their work publicly as part of the organization of the competition, the votes and the announcement of the winner. This authorization will be extended, for the winner, for the purpose of presenting his work in an \u201carchive\u201d of the winners. This representation will be granted free of charge without any form of remuneration or compensation possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
