The Festiv’at Home Drawing Competition is new for the 2025 edition.
We offered it in our Christmas edition, but never repeated it.

In order to impose a limit on your immense talent, this year you will have to draw, decorate, colour...
using the template provided, which can be downloaded here:

TEMPLATE

Your “drawing” must use the template provided and only fill in the inside. It is up to you to interpret the theme as you wish.

To send your entry, please send an email to doll.festivathome@gmail.com entitled "Drawing contest Festiv'at Home ".
In this email, you will need to provide us with your contact details (surname, first name, postal address, telephone),
the pseudo under which you wish to compete, as well as your Instagram/Facebook or any other social media link.

The psuedo will only be revealed for the winner of the contest. 

RULES

To be validated, your proposal must comply with the following rules:

• Theme respect: Your drawing must be inspired by the set theme, “rack your brains!”.
  If our team is in any doubt about this, they are likely to ask you to explain what you meant to show.

• Template : The use of the template provided is mandatory for fairness. You must not add anything around or outside the outline; however, the interior is entirely free.
  PLEASE NOTE: NO COPYING OR COUNTERFEITING of existing designs that do not belong to you will be tolerated.

• Material - technical As long as you comply with the limits of the imposed model, you can use the styles, techniques, colours, etc. of your choice.
  Please note, however, that your proposal must be sent by email, in digital format. If you choose a plastic technique, you are required to send your proposal in accordance with the technical rules.

• Technical Rules: In order to be broadcast on the Discord channel for public voting, your proposal must be sent in digital form (photo, scan, file, etc.), according to the following rules:
  Size: 1000 pixels high
  Format : JPG

• Anonymity of participation: to preserve fairness during voting, your final photos must not contain any significant signatures or marks. On the day of the event no names will be revealed in the voting section.
  

• Sharing: Participants must not share their idea/preparation with their community, before and until the end of the event. This restriction is valid during the voting period or the participant will be disqualified immediately.
  

• Application deadline : 15 Oct 2025 To send your entry, please send us an email entitled "Festiv’at Home Drawing Contest" to  doll.festivathome@gmail.com

• Preselection: in the event of more than 10 entries received, the Festiv’at Home team will be obliged to make a preselection among the entries received so that the public vote during the festival is done in good conditions.

• Voting system: The public will be invited to vote for their favourite entry at the fair, once the selected images have been displayed. We will announce the winner of the competition at the end of the day, live on Discord.

• Authorization to represent the work: Participants in the competition authorize the Festiv'at Home association to present their work publicly as part of the organization of the competition, the votes and the announcement of the winner. This authorization will be extended, for the winner, for the purpose of presenting his work in an “archive” of the winners. This representation will be granted free of charge without any form of remuneration or compensation possible.

• Respect for good morals: Participants undertake to ensure that their work does not offend the sensitivity of the public.

* Regarding the nature of the prize: be careful, the Festiv’at Home cannot guarantee that the prize for the competition will be a jackpot, as this depends on the generosity of its partners. However, there will always be a gift for the winner.
