The regulations described here govern the operation of the virtual festival raffle(s).

Be sure to select the thematic raffle of your choice, for technical reasons we will not be able to modify the tickets issued.

THE TICKETS WILL BE NOMINATIVE, NO NEED TO LOOK FOR THE TICKET NUMBER!

Tickets will be on sale and accessible to all, from 10 Octobre 2024.

Sales will close on 20 octobre 2024 à 18h00 French time.

Le tirage au sort de chacune des deux tombolas, sera effectué en visioconférence et en direct, le 20 octobre 2024 sur le serveur Discord du salon.

This drawing of lots will be done in strict compliance with the selection “by chance” of the winners, and in good faith.

Winners:

When purchasing your raffle ticket(s), you must provide your full contact details (Name, first name, email, postal address, telephone). This information must be complete, precise and correct.

Participants in the raffle(s) are not required to attend the raffle live.

Les lots seront attribués à un seul ticket gagnant par tombola thématique et réservés, puis envoyés directement au gagnant grâce à ses coordonnées. Il n’y aura pas de retirage des lots sauf désistement volontaire du/des gagnant(s).

The prizes will be sent within 15 days by post to the selected winners, at the expense of the association.

These lots being generous donations from our sponsors, no claim can be made as to the conformity of the goods received, or in the event of loss or damage to the delivery services.

Prizes:

The prizes made available are gifts kindly offered by our partners and sponsors.

No financial contribution from the association was requested.

We would like to thank our generous creators again for their donations and support.

Benefits:

Profits made by the Festiv’at Home association from the sale of raffle tickets will be used to promote the world of artist and collectible dolls at themed events.
